City Administrator

City Administrator, Jeff Hogge serves at the pleasure of the Mayor and the 6 member City Council. His duties include, but are not limited to Code Enforcement, Public Works Planning, Community & Economic Development, Policy Implementation, and Zoning. He reports directly to the City Council and Mayor on all relevant matters of City business. He also assists in developing and managing the City budget.

His goals are to work effectively and efficiently in managing the delivery of City services within established policies and to work with everyone involved with the City of Barry's day to day operation; to develop methods designed to enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of services; to insure the fiscal health of the Community; and to continue to maintain a high priority for economic development, planning and redevelopment within the City of Barry.

Mr. Hogge also has a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from Hannibal-LaGrange University.
