RAFFLE LICENSE
A raffle license is required to conduct a raffle in the city. An application must be submitted and approved before an raffle license can be issued. There is no cost to obtain the license.


BUILDING PERMIT & FENCE PERMIT
A building permit is required for the following:

• New construction

• Addition to building or structure
• Movement of a building from one location to another
  
  

A building permit can be obtained at Barry City Hall through the City Administrator.

• Building permits and site plans must be submitted to the City Administrator and approved before any construction or alterations begin.
• All setback and zoning requirements can be obtained from the City Administrator.
• If a zoning variance or conditional use permit is needed, an application must be submitted and City Administrator will forward it to the Zoning & Planning Commission.
  
  

SPECIAL EVENT LICENSE
A special event license application is required to be able to sell alcohol at special events.
